if u love your island food outside of west auckland and you are heading out south … stop in otahuhu at this place and you wont be disappointed … even though that the decor needs some sprucing up but the food there is flavoursome … special mention of the lu povi … baked taro … baked kumara … tender povi … pankeke … baked lamb flaps … all this does this place justice … love it so much …

Nothing fancy about this place (decor, service etc..), however I’m a repeat offender for their marinated chicken thigh n leg and taro. Tastes close enough to homemade.
