This is our go to place when we’re craving Filipino food. Their tapsilog is my fave. Hubby enjoys the chicken inasal. A little tip – ring them up and order ahead of time. We have been 3 times and each time, their cooking time takes at least 25 minutes regardless of the number of diners they have.
Kayle Manila situated at the corner of Queen Road & Pilkington Road is easy to find. We had the deep-fried chicken skin & deep-fried battered quail eggs, both with vinegar sauce, as appetizers. The larger dishes came with salad & rice. We tried the pork belly & fried chicken, both with appropriate sauces. Unexpectedly they were in generous servings & tasted extremely well. I am looking forward to trying its fish dish & desserts.(Food – 4+/5; Service – 3.5/5; Ambience 3.5/5)Visited on 20 January 2019
