Worst bakery shop ever!!! Went this morning to get chai from there. Staff person took my order & charged me for it but I received a different drink all together. I explained at the counter that i asked for chai not a coffee, two Asian guys started blaming me for choosing a drink which they don’t offer so i said why you didn’t tell me beforehand when i was placing an order…you could’ve just said that you don’t sell chai but coffee. Another asian woman walked in from the kitchen & loudly asked to take my money & get lost.All 3 started yelling & used foul language I would have not rated this shop even -0.0%Has anyone ever come across shopkeepers who yell & use swearing words at the customer?

It’s no longer the same.. the pies are soggy and not baked properly, steak and cheese pie had 5 pieces of little stake that was coated in slimy blob of gravy & tiny mushed up pieces of mushrooms. the pastry on the top of pies just fall off and it’s really thin. same goes for all the pies! nearly every single food in this store gone down hill.. the lasagne they have is soggy and cold, the desert items dosent taste fresh! Only good thing about this store is thier Chicken bun and the Chicken & Mayo Sandwich. such a shame.
Sadly the glory days of this bakery are long gone! I have had several bad experiences with their food, but kept giving them chances, however the final straw was today when I bought a Curried Steak Pie and a Punnet of Chips. The Pie had 4 ,1.5 Centimetre cubes of steak floating in a slurry of gravy, and the Chips were dry, tepid and chewy. I Called and complained, and was told that was a lot of steak and basically my bad luck that the Chips had sat in the warmer for hours. I won’t be going back again.
I really like this bakery , every time I walk in the Asian guy at the counter is so welcoming , I remember coming to this bakery before heading to a funeral to pick up some cakes and things for cuppa tea .The guy at the counter asked if I needed help , I told him I’m going to a funeral and I have $30 dollars on me – he told me to wait for 5 mins he will fix me up something , 5 minutes goes by he comes out from the back with white boxes filled with cakes and donuts and many more stuff , he gave me at least 6 boxes of goods to take then told me it cost more than $50 but said I could have the extra for free , It was so lovely of him to do that .
