I buy from here because i like the batter and chips are soft but best to order in store as english is not great, i’ve had a few wrong orders over the phone even after asking her to repeat my order.
Food is good, fish nicely battered. Service on the other hand is not the greatest. The shop was pretty much empty with many staff but it took quite a while to bring out the food and no one communicate how long it was going to take in the first place. It would have been helpful if staff communicated wait times and were friendlier in service.
Went to the laundry a few doors and thought I would get dinner from here ,have had some bad experiences with some fish and chip shops in the area but not this one .Well done, the fish was beautifully cooked nice batter and nice chips will definitely be back .A+
I really enjoy the quality of fish from this store, overall great customer service however i do not enjoy hearing possibly one of the owners (a small asian lady) with broken english brag on to a new staff member that if she makes another mistake shes fired in front of other customers waiting for there order, perhaps maybe whip out the back and have your debates.
Great new local fish and chip shop. Always lovely and friendly staff and quick with orders.Fish is very nice too. Have good Family packs you can order.Will be back.
