Rating 3.5 Tucked on a corner shop in papakura. Love the onion bhaji – crispy and good chunks of onion pieces.Lots of sauce, decent amount of meat/paneer.Good value for money.Not ideal for dining in.Only has a 4 dining table.Mainly customers have it as takeaways. best Indian food you can get in takanini or papakura. its value for money. butter chicken, chicken tikka and kebabs are nice but chilli chicken is not that great. 5 star rating is based on comparison to other local indian restuarants within 5 km radius
Staff are friendly & food is good. Butter chicken is a fav in my household even my 7 year old likes it as its sweet, but I always ask for extra chicken. My fav is the goat curry!

I was craving Indo Chinese and that usually meant a trip to Sandringham! I was pleasantly surprised with Salt n Pepper, the food was authentic and it made me feel like I was in India. Keep it up!
Best place to eat Indian food in south Auckland. Good quality food with reasonable price. Staff is really polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend this place to all
Delicious butter chicken! Is quite sweet (which is my preference but if it isnt yours than maybe skip it), we also got the chicken 65 which was very yummy. Very satisfied with the taste and pricing, will be our new Indian takeaways preference from now on!
