To be honest this is not an amazing restaurant, but it doesn’t try to be. This takeaway shop is great for that night when you are late home from work or just can’t be bothered. The food is tasty, simple and very generous in portions. To top it all off the prices are reasonable meaning great value for money. The chinese, fish and chips or burger options are all good and mean that you can cater to what everyone feels like.
The best place to have fish and chips in south Auckland. Take the hoki meal pack. For 7.50 it is well worth every single cent. U will always return.
I personally wouldnt suggest this place or buy from them again although the lady was friendly the food not so much.I ordered bami goreng , chips , fritters and sausages. Probably the worst fritters and sausages iv tasted. Chips were just as bad and seemed old. Bami goreng was not tasty rather plain although upside was generous size but that did me no good considering I did not like the dish.
We sometimes get takeaways here when we are too late home from work. The deep fried stuff is not the best, but they do a mean Singapore Noodle (rice vermicelli with a hint of curry) and my husband has no complaints abt their sweet and sour pork. Wonton soup is average, but my Asian heritage has high expectations. Have also had egg foo yong which is good value. Not bad when we are too lazy to cook.
