The service is very poor. I had work around that area and went there once three times in a week. They increased the price of every thing the channa Batura went from 7.50 to 10$ ripoff 30% increase when channa is not expensive. The best was I eat 2 Samosas with sauce for $3 at the restaurant and the third day ordered the same and was charged 4$ . The staff said that takeaway is $1.50$ a samosa and eat in the restaurant is 2$. Very persistent with what they say. Real ripoff. Do not plan to go there any more for sure.Even check their menu cost of samosas and channa Bhatu…
Poor service. Takes too long even for a small order. Gave my order on phone before still had to wait for another 20 minutes. No customer value. Not even a clean place to eat.

The Chole Bhature here are one of the best in Auckland. No doubt about that!Malai Kofta was delicious. Loved the kofta!We wanted Dal Makhani but the girl at the counter said that they were out of it. So we settled for Kadhai Paneer which tasted okay. The sweet Punjabi Lassi was so fresh and its quantity was also more than enough. The overall taste and quality of the food is good. But the service is okay. Also, whenever we order on phone for takeaway, they always say we will prepare it once you reach here. Friends also faced same situation! 🙂 Try the Besan Barfi and Jalebis here.. highly recommended!

I cannot give less than 1 star for this place??? Staff doesnt even know what customer service means or friendliness means .Ordered food several times but staff is never friendly and this time they dont even took phone order not going there back again
Poor service. People came after us serve before us. Staff take the same appren to the toilet which they using in kitchen No hygiene. Bad experience never come back again.
