I work next door and have tried quite a few of their foods. They have awesome mix and match salad options that are actually very tasty with generous toppings / meat /garnish depending on what you choose (great for me since I’m someone who doesn’t particularly love salad). I love their mince and cheese pie – expensive but such tasty mince inside – my favourite pie in Auckland actually! Their sandwiches are ok, just average but plenty of selection.Sweet baked goods are decent – cheese scones very yummy and filling, french pastries not super crispy fresh but still yum.I have had the frittata which I thought was actually a disgusting and flavourless spinach blob. I threw that away.Service is hit and miss, sometimes super friendly sometimes weirdly distant.Overall I like this place but have one major issue with it – why are takeaway containers and plastic cutlery being encouraged for people who eat there? I wish they would explore a more sustainable option (unless this has changed in the last month?) such as paper / compostable containers or just using good old crockery?

The food is always great. Good portion for the price. The coffee is always ready to go. Staff are friendly. The salads are a definite to try if you visit.
The chiller is an extension the fridge. They make a huge range of cabinet food and perfect for the lunch stop. I had a toasted pide, nom nom. These guys also make probably the best coffee in the area. They don’t make it too hot and the coffee to milk ratio is perfect!
A regular coffee place as my university is just up the road. The coffee is always good and the toasted sandwiches are a hit aswell. They used to do taco Thursday’s (they maybe still do) which were the best soft tacos out. The pressed juice is also always a good option.
One of my favorite lunch spot in Parnell. They are a busy cafe from morning to lunch. Great coffee and offers a wide selection of food like sandwiches to wrap to bagels and muffins and salads etc. They also have very good gourmet peis with lots of meat in it. I love their hot chocolate and salmon bagels which always runs out real fast in the morning. Great food and great services.
