Impressed your guests. Brought overseas friend to dine here tonight. The lamb shoulder is huge and impressive. Guests were very impressed. Coal hot enough to cook fast. Good service. If you arrive late it could be a bit slow, they only had two wait staff on Sunday. Will be back again the food tasted delicious. Although it is $100-$120 for a decent size lamb shoulder.
