Great staff. The food was good for bar food. However shoestring chips for $7, bit pricey for size of the serve. Would love to see thick cut chips. Hou…

Didnt enjoy my experience here, recently came back from Spain to see that the villager had closed down (with a lot of speculation), to a re-vamped corner (original name?). Enjoyed a small serving of lager and the old girl had a overpriced glass of ros and off we went. The corner was a bit too much for my liking and seemed a bit like a Maserati with a Ssangyong engine. Sorry guys, not a homely genuine place to cool off this summer.
The corner has just updated their menu and it is much more female friendly with lighter healthier options rather than the usual pubby food! I had the kingfish and it was delicious my mother had the poke bowl and is coming back next week for it, my brother already a fan of the corner beef burger had the new addition chicken one and was very happy- thick cut fries now which is awesome. We were super impressed with the $15 glass of Moet during happy hour 4-6pm and the $10 espresso martinis. Had to walk in a non straight line home but that was okay as we are locals! Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back
