Popped in for a quick snack for the drive home this afternoon and was really happy with what I had! I ordered a piece of terakihi, most of the time when ordering fish I get bread crumbed because I find batter too greasy but today I forgot. But let me tell you this piece of fish wasnt greasy in the slightest! Its so refreshing to be able to order a piece of fish that isnt dripping in oil. It came with a decent sized piece and a lemon wedge. Ill definitely be ordering from here again!
Amazing food at a great value price. We ordered 2 burgers which came with fries total $20. I had the fish burger, one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. It was delicious, the fish and vegetables were fresh not dreched in oil or mayo. My partner had the hawaiin burger and he too was impressed, the beef was tender and meaty and buns toasted to perfection. The service was second to none, the staff were friendly, welcoming and so polite. We have had a series of average food and services recently so this was a welcome change. Thank you so much fish nets we will be back soon
Got here on the way back to Auckland from Whangarei at 9.30pm. This was the best fish and chips we had through our weekend. Reasonable prices, non greasy, crisp and tasty fries and fresh fish. Definitely a pit stop in this area.
