Will never ever return here. We Paid $34 for 300grams of lamb roast and 300grams of pork roast THEN we had to buy the crackling that came off the pork (2 tiny pieces) we just brought! to top it off the pork tasted average and I got ill that night. Locals that will not be back.
Great food, great price! Their roasts are made quick and portion size is very generous. Will be going back there for sure! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick meal

If you are looking for a nice roast place around Kumeu area this restaurant is a must. The roast lamb here is incredible, very tender and juicy. I would always ask for a few extra crispy potatoes, they are very delicious and cooked to perfection. Nice friendly service.
Been here a few times now. Seems to be under new ownership. The couple that own this place are both very friendly and always smiling. Food is pretty good here. Love the roast potatoes here. I got the lady to give me extra cos that’s how much I love them. Also asked for extra gravy I got the beef option. Very soft and juicy. Not dry and/or chewy which was great. The only thing I personally didn’t like was the skin on the pumpkin. Personal preference. But I don’t like the skin left on my (roasted) pumpkins. Kumaras were a tad too soft/mushy for my liking also. Also tried their rice pudding. Nice interesting zesty lemon taste to it. Only negative was I think the rice could’ve been a little softer. Otherwise, pretty good! Would definitely come back for more roast!
It has been a week now when me with my friends went to muriwai beach so when we were returning from there.we tried this outlet just because we wanted to had something roasted.we had one veg n one non veg.both were good .nice1
On the way back to Auckland, 2nd time eating at this place, (1st time was for lunch- had a pork burger and that was beautiful -pork was very juicy and tender). This time i had a small roast meal -lamb. It was beautiful, again it was very juicy and tender cooked to perfection. Potatoes was beautiful, crispy skin, soft inside. Perfect. Gravy was very tasty and perfect, not too runny. Kumara was very sweet and soft. Place is very clean, service is very friendly. Recommended.
