New Name but needs to improve Menu as dull as dishwater. Simple dishes that are tempting and delicious in the cabinet would have been great especially if the kitchen is closing early as it was today. Got a pie from the dairy instead of eating there but smoothies were ok.

We waited at least 15 minutes to be served because they were too busy making coffees. Then we waited at least half an hour just for our hot chocolate and latte and then another 15 minutes later for the croissant we picked out of the fridge that only need to be heated (so 45 mins to get this out) and then another 15 minutes after that our 2 big brekkies finally came out (so one hour after ordering) the food was crap, they don’t butter your toast and don’t give you any butter and the mushrooms looked like they had been chewed and spat back on the plate, we couldn’t even eat it.There was only one other table of about 7 people there at the time so i am struggling to understand why it should take this long to get food out.Terrible food and terrible service. The staff look flustered although i don’t know why as like i said they weren’t busy
