What a rip off – I ordered the bagel, cream cheese and jam to go for $6.90. The bagel was toasted, I got a very small pottle of cream cheese – not really enough to cover 1/2 a bagel and 1 Craigs Jam container – 12g – again only enough to cover 1/2 a bagel and a bit of the next 1/2. I reckon you can buy the bagel for $1, the cream cheese might have cost them 10c, and the jam probably less than 50c. so for a cost of less than $2, they charge 6.90 – thats a markup of 345%
Food is OK for the price. Customer service lot to be desired. Today I ordered white bread. I got served with Bread with Grains. I didn’t want to make a fuss. But told them after breakfast what has happened. I was not asking for a refund. It would have been nicer if they have said sorry. Or even accepted it. Instead, they protested. They forget customer is always right. My mistake. Next time I will send it back. They forget the entire area is littered with eateries.
