Flatwhite at Espresso caffe is amazing. I rarely drink flatwhite however they make beautiful art in coffee i dont mind paying more. Staff were nice and enjoyed it today.
Food was really nice, ordered French toast and some fries and the coffee and food came out very promptly, staff were friendly. Would recommend
I ordered a large filter coffee. The coffee favor only has cafe favor ! Nothing other favors! I was very disappointed As a Q Garder I knew the coffee faovr. But they used a blend coffee bean and city dark roasted !! Its like a use coffee machine made a espresso with hot water(long black or americano) I will never back again!! Bad coffee
Drop by here to grab a coffee but decided to sit back and relax since it was still raining outside there. It was lunch time and the place was half full. I ordered a cappuccino and a vanilla slice over the counter, cost me $9.80 My coffee was brought over very quickly together with the vanilla slice. The vanilla slice was okay, not too sweet but the coffee was a little bit disappointing. I ordered a regular one but the size looks like it was a small one. I thought they might have made a mistake but when I looked on their menu then I realized they only come in regular and large size. Too expensive for such a small ordinary coffee so I might get my coffee somewhere else even queue is a little bit long.
Situated in Albany’s mall, near New World; Espresso Caffe is what you’d expect a mall coffee shop to be. Its got cabinet food and items to order from the menu. What wasn’t expected was the quality of the coffee I had. I ordered a cappuccino, which, while costing a bit more than other establishments ($5.00), was worth it. If you’re looking for a quick caffeine-fix, I’d recommend Espresso Caffe to friends, family and followers.
Terrible service! Poor management! Not even worth the 1.0 rate. I was insulted there by the waitress in front of all the clients. And it was all because of a tea spoon. I ordered a take away cappuccino and asked if I could have a tea spoon and was given a metal spoon. I then walked to the playground in front of the cafe to mind my child and was followed by the waitress saying that I could not take a spoon from the cafe. I said I did not take it, that I asked for it and was given one and that I was going to use it and then bring it back because I would like to enjoy my coffee, but was also minding my child at the playground. She shouted at me saying that it was against the rules and got closer and closer to me as if she was then going to take the spoon from my hands. I asked her to step back or I would call the security. I finished my coffee and gave the spoon back to her. She threw it back on me. I called the manager to complain and he did not even care. I left a message, I called him again and I never got a reply back. I will never ever go back there and I will never recommend any of the Espresso Caffe shops because of the poor management and the terrible customer service.
Ordered the salmon and spinach omlete – tasted cheap, looked sloppy, only tiny pieces of shredded salmon included. My friend ordered the scrambled eggs, sausages, toast and mushrooms – mushrooms were great, eggs wernt seasoned, toast was served cold (and somehow really dry). Meals served after 15 mins on Christmas eve day (even though the cafe was not busy)Two milkshakes (peppermint and caramel) were tasty and prompt $39.00
