This is probably the best milk tea place in Albany currently.Service: 8/10The guy at the counter was pretty helpful and explained to me what each of the the drinks consisted of since they sounded quite similar. The drink took a bit longer than expected and the service was a little slow.Food: 4/10I ordered the brown sugar pearl milk tea with 50% sugar. I usually get 30% but this one just had so little sweetness, I felt like I shouldve gotten 100%. The pearls were the only good part, they were nicely cooked and very chewy. The milk tea tasted quite watered down and didnt have much flavour.Ambiance: 5/10The store is modern and eye catching with beautiful trendy furniture and decorations. The tables probably arent wiped down often because the tables were a little dirty and there was rubbish left on a few of the tables. The drinks are shown around the room so you can get a good idea of what the drinks look like.I kinda wanna try the cake milk tea but Id rather go to gong cha for any other drinks.
Had friendly staff and a variety of beverages to choose from. They were confident with their fresh milk in their tea and smoothies. They had different kinds of beverage styles to the norm Taiwan milk teas which were interesting and were presentable. The shop had reserved car parks for visitors. Recommended.
First time visit, loving the vibe and the decor in the store. Its quite good that they consistently introducing new drinks to their menu. My favourites are their fruit teas, such as: dragonfruit fruit tea and pomegranate fruit teas. Cant wait to see what they introduce next.
I love how this place uses fresh ingredients. I live more central/west and have days where I still prefer to drive to this branch instead of the new market branch. The mango tea is fresh (although I do like another place that does it better) but the highlight for me is the dirty milk tea. A recent contender that’s a winner for me is the macha tea…. soooo good.Environment wise, pretty chill and good for catch-up. Staff are pretty good and laid back (in a good way).Overall I say it’s worth it.
Amongst all the new bubble tea places thats opened up lately, Wucha Albany is definitely one of my personal favourite. Strongly recommend the red dragonfruit with cheese topping. I was really hesitant (almost against!) fruit tea with cheese foam.. as the combo sounded like it would upset my stomach lol. But this drink basically gives u 3 different kind of taste – tea at the bottom, fruit slushy in the middle and foamy cheese on top. The taste of the cheese foam is just right for me, light and fluffy and not too salty. The down side is, prices are above average comparing to other places.
Great drinks. Have been to all three and seen just as consistent. The service is consistent and remind you to stir before drinking also. Service: 5/5Presentation: 4/5Environment: 4/5Drink Quality: 4/5Drink Quantity: 4/5Price per person: $10-$13
