A couple of us went here for breakfast a few weeks back and what an absolute disaster! Not only was the food awful, we also got charged a whole lot of other ‘miscellaneous’ items. When I approached the guy that served me about it, he said it was because their machine didn’t have the correct prices loaded. I pointed out that their main menu, above the counter, showed the prices I expected to be charged. I was told those were out of date and their small, laminated menus had the latest prices. I explained that they should correct their main menu as it is false advertising. The other explanations provided why I was charged for a bunch of other miscellaneous items, such as an extra egg when I didn’t order it, were laughable (apparently the bacon bene only came with one egg but he serves the bagel split in two so he added an extra egg to the order, so each half could have an egg).I have never encountered such a blatantly dishonest place. The food was awful and the service was terrible.
