Friendly server and staff (but hmmm about kitchen chef who watched us as we filled out plate…) anyway, probably one of the best wok wok places Ive been to! Everything looked super appetizing with that moist (horrible word I know, but you feel??) shiny fresh sauce glaze over the top. We got a bit of scrambled egg, some stir fry meat and veg, fried squid (mums fav!) and of course my love, ribs!! Overall quality really surprised me, the meat was all tender even on the ribs, and the veg was still hard and not mushy but flavorful! The black bean stir fry veg was good-a tad watery in sauce and the flavor isnt as strong as Ive had before but still tasty nevertheless. The small pork ribs were tender and the cauliflower was flavorful and a good accompaniment. The other stir fry veg and beef (I think?!) was also flavorful, not too salty, and meat was tender! 8/10The ribs were amazing, super satisfying with the perfect amount of bone, meat and cartilage. The meat was juicy and slightly tough yet chewy in texture and sauced slightly on the sweeter side. Yum! So good, recommend! 8.5/10Scrambled eggs were good, thick and fluffy, dont think I really have to comment on this one!The only con about the meal was the sweet and sour pork-although it was shiny and glazed to perfection, the meat itself just didnt wow me. Normally a staple at Wok wok, I think the flavor was just a tad too sour and the meat just didnt mesh well with the outer shell and it became a sad mush real quick. 6/10Overall I loved the meal, it wasnt too oily either, everything was well flavored, and ribs were fantastic. Cant wait for future Wok wok meals hehehehe.
