Really enjoyed this cafe! Wish it was larger to accommodate the many people coming in. The food is real, unprocessed, healthy and full of flavors. The protein smoothie is delicious! Ive had their stuffed mushroom and orange cake – delicious. Very moist cake. Only fault, was the bottom got a bit too baked/little on the burnt side.Glad to have found a cafe with all healthy options! Not hidden refined sugars or mixed amongst fried snacks and plain sandwiches. Portions are a great size, so you are getting your moneys worth 🙂
My absolute favourite place to eat! Ive seriously become a regular here whether its a vegan, refined sugar free cheesecake slice for breakfast or a Matcha Blend latte before work or mushroom & bacon cauliflower pizza for lunch or eggs bene on a Sunday! Everything Ive tried here is absolutely delicious and guilt free – I also try a lot of raw slices everywhere I go and these are by FAR the best! Super handy for someone with such a huge sweet tooth like me! The staff are also super friendly!
Food was tasty and good selection, easy to order low carb. Fresh and natural ingredients. Had a forage bowl, presentation average. People were friendly, all good!
If your Coeliac this place is not to be missed!! Always friendly staff, and the chef is happy to accommodate vegan meals. Really delicious raw slices and coffee too!
Service and overall experience are nice. Would be great to see nutrition facts of the desserts. Have noticed that no sugar ice-cream contains rice syrup, which is literally sugar. Hope raw cakes are not like this a bit confused.
I orderded breakfast meal and a latte which were well presented and have good tastes. And most of all its staff were kind and very helpful. Good place to visit in Silverdale.
Amazing place to have the perfect coffee and guilt free slice. I bring my little ones here atleast once a week for a coffee date and have had great service each and every time. Recently we had breakfast here which was delicious. Eggs benedict with bacon and a big breakfast. Both kids loved their kids bacon and eggs. Definitely one of the best cafes on the coast. Keep up the good work guys!
