We ordered Chinese and some was ok but the wontons were raw on the inside, like pork mince was not even remotely cooked! Was so disappointed! Beef and black bean was nice but sweet and sour pork was too sweet, not enough sour.
I give my 5 Star rating to this cool little takeaway shop run by a lovely, smiley chinese couple with hearts of gold.I’ve been coming here for years and have been impressed by their prompt cooking techniques (5 minute turn round on fried food) and I loved the way they would come out to my car and hand me the food.My favourite recommends are:Red Cod fillets of fish – thick,meaty fillets in a crisp and crunchy batter. best in Auckland!Roast pork on rice: – pork belly with crackling on rice with Bok ChoySteamed Chicken: tender herb chicken on rice with Bok ChoyAll num
Friendly and super fast service, especially if u are lucky to be the first to order. I have been here many times before. Today we had combination Fried rice and lemon chicken for a total of $25.40. This was great value and more than we needed for three people.
Food here is your typical takeaway joint.. food matches the price, quality is cheap but thats what you pay for, quite nice tasting for what it is and i pay a visit here couple times a month on lazy nights.. hawaiian burger is tasty for the price it is…
I’ve ordered takeaways from here for the last 10 years and they are good. Friendly people, good prices and the food is nice. You can obviously pay more elsewhere and get better quality but I think this place is fine.
We call this place ‘the soggy burger’.We don’t go there anymore there are too may takeaways around to eat bad food!
