I highly recommend this bakery. One of my favourites and what stands out the most at Union Bakery is their hot foods- they have a huge variety of pies, ranging from the classic mince and cheese to a more creative flavour such as bacon, potato, and cheese pie. Their pies are outstanding as their crust is always flakey and the filling is bursting with flavour! Their quiches are equally as flakey and delicious.If you aren’t in the mood for savoury food and have more of a sweet tooth, Union Bakery offers a large selection of sweets. I highly recommend trying their cream donut as well!

I hardly visit bakeries. went to this bakery today. They have wide varieties of pie. There was a lady standing on the counter. While having a chat with her, I have mentioned I only eat chicken. so she guided me with all different chicken pies and cutlets in their shop. so with her help, I bought butter chicken roll and chicken cordon bleu. First time trying both.while having chicken cordon bleu, I felt chicken wasn’t cooked properly. It was half cooked ( half of the meat was red and some portion of the meat was yellowishcolour) & raw taste. I went back to the store (with the half cooked chicken cordon bleu) to give them a feedback. she mentioned it was cooked properly and the colour variation is because of ham. It was shocking for me to know that the chicken cutlet I had was stuffed with ham.Though I have mentioned I only eat chicken, they have recommended me chicken and ham stuffed cutlet.Having said that I was impressed with the wide selection of food.
The best bakery in the area. Offers a lot of variety in terms of all kinds of foods. I think they make the best pies and custard twists in Auckland. If you want something you will most likely find it at this bakery. Only concern is that prices have started to increase which I don’t like. I feel like I could get a large variety of food for around $10 and be extremely satisfied but recently prices have increased which means you get less variety for the same amount now. The food here is still really great and I recommend everyone go check it out.
Has a great selection of food. Love getting tha steak and cheese pie aye. Best make a detour becoz this ain’t no amazing race. Get yourself the best pie in da world. Ps go on Sunday afternoon they might give you something free. Chur
Great local bakery always polite friendly and clean , not many bakeries are this good. only downside nowhere to sit and eat . but food is well worth the visit .
Love their pies, friendly staff,easy parking.I return often for their chicken and apricot pieGood for grabbing lunch when you’re on the go.Well priced and definitely filling
