The food was substantial yet of a high quality. The staff were really friendly and couldnt do enough to help. Will definitely visit again. An added perk for Pokmon go players was it was right under a gym!
The food was reasonable and the prices were also reasonable. However, the waitress was very unprofessional. She delivered drinks to our table full of dirty finished plates without taking them away, then went to sit down with her boyfriend repeatedly while she was supposed to be working. There were only about three tables occupied so she definitely wasn’t worked off her feet. The barista was absolutely lovely and the manager was really nice to us when we had an issue with a couple of the meals. I love the coffee at the Swanson Cafe and would absolutely love it if the waitress could have her work service up to the standard of everyone else.
The staff here are incredibly rude and provide poor customer service. As I was walking towards the cafe, I attempted to talk to a couple of workers to ask if they were open. They continued to ignore despite continued attempts to talk to them. We went to Redwood cafe instead, won’t be returning.
