Wow, should have read the first review and totally avoided this place. On the way home from a fun day out with the kids we decided to get a takeaway meal and Abra kebabra was convenient to where we were and we had a 2 for 1 voucher.Ordered the rice/salad large Combo. off the menu. It says a combo is Lamb, Chicken and Falafel.Get home ( 30 mins drive away) check the meals, and NO Falafel. We love Falafel. I instantly called up and asked where the Falafel was in our Combo. After 2-3 minutes background talk of whoever was there, I was then told that you only get to choose 2 of the 3 for a combo.??Really?? I asked them A) to show me where on the menu did it say that and B) Why did they not ask us for our choice of them at time of ordering? They couldn’t answer that one, and after telling them I would be reviewing them they promptly hung up on me, they didn’t care.Thought I would try the meal first before reviewing.Small portions for a large. Meat was tough and dry, like it had been cooked twice then reheated on the grill. Rice was gluey and stuck together in clumps, almost inedible. Hummus was just okay, small amount of salad was fresh but very basic (lettuce, onion and 1 slice tomato). In actual fact, the best part of the meal was our own Falafel that we added ourselves!!Quite possibly the worst middle eastern meal I have ever had ( I have had quite a few), so bad that even the dog couldn’t finish what we threw out.Only giving it a 1 star because you cannot do a zero.

Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered a falafel and salad as a takeaway. Alarm bells starting ringing when they didn’t have any tahini – really??? When they sell falafel? So, the salad was a bit of lettuce and tomato with falafel patties plonked on top. Grated carrot and sliced red cabbage in separate sections of the plastic container – dry as and very unappetising. I was hungry though so headed home for a feed. The falafel were very strange – not to mention salty. Unlike any falafel I have ever eaten before. I tried to eat them because I was hungry but had to give up. They were awful. These guys obviously don’t know what they’re doing and are ripping us off.

Ordered on uber eats and order took almost an hour. Chicken is decent but chips were not the best. Pls do not come to this place if you are craving something on a Friday night.

My husband and I always opt to have our dinner or lunch from from here and we were regulars. There was a lovely girl Vandana who knew us so well and also knew our our order. A weekend ago we were served by another lady and my husband ordered his usual with seedless tomatoes in his kebab. The lady probably would have assumed that my husband wasnt looking and had put in just one tiny side piece of a tomato, and once she handed it over to my husband he requested to speak to a manager and someone from inside came out and heard my husbands concerns and that was it. No apologies nothing. Since then we have not been there.

$11.50 for a lamb kebab with hardly any filling was the best part. Lamb was old and dry and the bread was stale. I wonder if the toaster was switched on as the whole thing was stone cold. Praying I’m not sick tomorrow. The sauce on it was nice

We ordered 2 spicy chicken burger combo, 6 nuggets, and 3 spicy wings. Our order took 40 minutes!! Why werent we told there was a wait? There wasnt a line of people. What a waste of time! What kind of fast food place takes 40 minutes for 2 burgers and pre-made wings??Burger 1.5/5 – a bun, a piece of spicy fried chicken, lettuce and raw onions. This was our burger. Needless to say the taste was very monotoned.Wings 3.5/5 – not spicy and it was ok. Ive definitely had better but definitely not the worst.Nuggets 2/5 – is it even chicken inside??Fries 0/5 – soggy and old.The can of Fanta 5/5.Not planning to be back. This place supposedly won an award for their chicken from menulog. How!?The staff were slack and have 0% passion. There was no care. Its that simple.

We have called them numerous times after 8 but each time they said they couldnt fulfil our order and tried to sell us a small amount of pieces instead of the party meal we ordered. They said the reason for this was because they didnt have potato gravy, which meant we had to buy each piece of chicken separately.
