Sylvia park is disappointing for food options. I was really excited about trying this place as a kfc fan but was disappointed that it wasn’t as yummy as kfc and definitely costs more. The chicken has more batter so it’s more filling and the rice is tasty but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back. Agree with previous review that the mash is too soupy

The mash brown was in fluid form I was so shocked when I opened the lid coz what I saw was more like a mash potato soup than proper mash potato :((((((

Fried chicken is my favourite food! Ordered this through Uber Eats last night. Still nice and hot. I got the 5 pc spicy chicken with fries and some coleslaw. The chicken pieces were huge! Crispy, nice level of spice and super juicy! Sometimes with fried chicken, the coating has all the flavour, but it becomes bland once you get to the meat – not with this place! The fries were also salted perfectly and were so addictive! The coleslaw was a bit of a downer though as it was quite watery and had a strange taste. This was packed in the same box ad the chicken so it was warm when i got it, so that might have contributed to that. Otherwise – solid chicken place. Definitely interested to try their grilled chicken and rice dishes next time

Poor slow service – always.If you get fresh chicken its not that bad. But if the chicken has been sitting there for over 3 minutes it become dry and tough. Service: 2/5Environment: 2/5Presentation: 3/5Food Quality: 3/5Food Quantity: 3/5Price per person: $6-$15
