Very very crunchy. Great for booz food! Spicy is not that spicy. If they can make these extra spicy I would give it a 4-5 star. Just a bit bland and boring. But 3 stars coz its crunchy. Service: 3/5Food Quality: 3/5Food Quantity: 4.5/5Presentation: 3/5Environment: 3/5Price per person: $10
Went to get lunch bought chicken salad and was disappointed, the chicken had a burnt taste and was tough seems it was left on the hot plate for too long.Called into complain about the salad, the way the complaint was handled was not professional, the guy did even apologise, we had paidmoney for it, at least a apologie
Certainly better than KFC. These guys here, not just cook mouthwatering fried chicken, but have got some nice peri-peri grilled chicken which would even beat Nandos. Not just that guys, do not forget to grab some spicy hot chips.
Very bad customer service. Orders grilled chicken combo and was told it will take half and hour but that ended up to an hour. Finally when they gave my order forgot to add juice and chips. When came home then noticed it wasnt even grilled and they use different sauce instead of the one I asked for. Wouldnt recommend anyone
The 4 rating is based on the spicy chicken and sides. Great that this outlet has spicy chicken available permanently. Portion sizes of the chicken are large and every time i have visited, everything has been fresh and delicious. The sides like potato and gravy or coleslaw are nice and have a different taste to other outlets like KFC, Nandos or super, super over priced Oportos. Prices are reasonable especially cause the chicken portions are large. Good outlet if you want spicy chicken or a change for the usual big chain outlets.
This used to be one of the regular places I’d eat.1. Because its halal2. There was a combination of some yummy fast food places i.e kfc, nandos and kebabs3. Customer service was on point4. The foooooood However, recently when I’ve been going I usually order the coleslaw burger (which is a must if you love chicken + burgers + coleslaw) its always come out really dry and not enough coleslaw, I mean you can’t even see much of the coleslaw.They also say their chickens are fresh, I ordered the wicked wings and honestly I know when a chicken is not fresh, because it’s too dry, and cold :(Their level of service has dropped a lot and it feels as though they’ve changed ownership. (Havent asked just assuming) this really was one of my favourites go to. Esp for someone like me who lives out west and travels all the way to sylvia park ways only to get disappointed
