Ordered a small TRIM flat white – firstly the people do not use Trim milk as my mum has been drinking 2 cups of coffee everyday for the past 30 years & the coffee they gave her had mixed trim & full milk which is honestly disappointing & dangerous if some people have allergies. Also, as its my mums birthday she got a free muffin & as soon as my mum mentioned it as she got an email the Indian lady was extremely rude & had the worst customer service EVER. So rude about it & treated us like absolute shit. Also, the spinach & cream cheese muffin was insanely dry & had barely any spinach in it. ALSO, she did not give us any butter or even a knife as it was free – so rude & crap customer service.Will not be back. Prefer Milford or Albany muffin break where the customer service is not below average.
