Visited the Friend of the farmer with my friends who live in the area for brunch. Was pleasantly surprised with how much seating was available and how cute the food place looked. I opted for the Turkish bread and a hot chocolate. Really enjoyed the hot chocolate it was simple but creamy and sweet. I loved the Turkish bread, had such a lovely bite and the fillings worked so well with the bread. The bacon and egg was cooked perfectly and the sauce helped everything come together. When I am back in Takanini I will definitely be coming back for brunch!

We went for a brunch on Auckland Day. The place is great, feels you are in an actual greenhouse. Food had reasonable prices and the taste was good too. Nothing fancy, just a nice big kiwi breakfast to enjoy with friends.
First time at Friend of the Farmer, the food was generous and the staffs were super friendly. Such a pleasure to dine in a place where the staffs actually enjoy what they do. The service was amazing 🙂 thanks for having us!
