For months M & M takeaway’s use to be our ‘go to’ for a good fish n chip dinner but sadly the last 2 times it has been terrible – over cooked and need to change their oil. You can clearly see by the looks of the food that this shouldn’t be served. I phoned them to let them know the first time we had a bad experience but obviously do not care due to the last time being just as bad. Such a shame! It was really nice ages ago but no one wants to spend money on food or have a nice takeaway dinner eating crap 🙁
Ok I get it there’s a lot of competition in the Pen but this place takes the cake as the worst place to get any food from, if you order something from here make sure it has been cooked properly, I will never be returning. Also the only F&C store that doesn’t know what chicken salt is. Great customer service and always very busy but my experience (without prejudice) has always been terrible.
My kids love coming here for their $10 chicken and chips, hot dogs are delish, just a 3min walk from home best takeaways in the peninsula 🙂
ORDERED – Bbq wonton soup, cheeseball, 2 x fish, 1 x fishcake and chips. Only valuable item was the BBQ Pork wonton Soup. The rest well as the picture shows. Undersized fish almost a joke I compared size next to my car key. The Cheeseball totally undercooked and the the rest well. Inused to come here all the time I guess times have changed. One of my first childhood takeaways. Ever since we moved to the Peninsula in ’97 this was the very first takeaway we’ve ever been to. I had a friend from primary school whose parents worked there. Great times
