I ordered a gluten free chocolate cake for my partner’s birthday and was very pleased with the cake we received. The ordering process was easy – I went in store and was shown a variety of sizes (and could even choose cupcakes). The cake was ready on the date and time I’d requested, and came with the writing I had asked for. Despite being gluten free, the cake was rich, moist and delicious – a sign that they really have perfected their recipe (something that us GF folk are very grateful for!). I was very happy with the price – $32 for a small cake that serves 8-12, including lettering and the prompt friendly service.
I had a special bat shaped cake made for my husband a few yrs back and the ladies were so accommodating. We used them for our wedding cupcakes as well as I love the rich chocolate they use. Haven’t been back in a while but will do soon.
Great service and great cake! I put an urgent order through the night before received it by 9.30am before my requested time. Cake was delicious and have received lots of compliments from everyone! Would definitely order again!
I wanted to send a special birthday gift that looked amazing and make a statement! so instead of a bunch of flowers i thought I would send a cake! I ordered a chocolate cake from SendAChocolate Cake and paid for it to be decorated with stars and ribbons. When it arrived at i was sent a photo of it and it hadn’t been decorated. Extremely disappointed as i paid extra for this. The cake cost me $80 and looked as if it was from a supermarket. Totally ruined my gift.
I ordered a chocolate cake for my daughters 1st birthday and it looked and smelled really great. However, upon cutting into it, the chocolate icing had become quite hard and the cake itself was really dry and not very appetizing. No one wanted to take any of it home so was a waste of money, as per another review – an expensive mistake!
Ordered a cake for a special birthday. It arrived looking great – icing and decorations all fantastic, but once cut it was dry and tasted old. Didn’t end up giving out pieces in the party bags as intended, $70 mistake!
