I really don’t see why this place is so popular, the service is pretty crap no thank u or anything.The food is dripping with oil, fish is not fresh at all and the chips are a hit and miss. Last time they were stale like. So i have head back to Fish Smith to eat my fish and chips . Much better food and service.
This place does amazing fish and chips! Super light and decently priced, what I got was their Tarakihi ($7.5) and Chips ($4 for small) and it was a very generous portion and tasted amazing, my only issue was that it was a tiny bit slow, but that’s just from how busy they were!
