Good sushi! Its a wee pricy for me though for what you get. But for a treat I will go here. The place is a bit dark but thats just the way the building is.
Great sushi,one of my favorite sushi places.Sushi is fresh and they have a good selection,had the deep fried salmon and avo sushi was delicious will definitely be back for more.
My partner and I had dinner here tonight, the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning 🙂
Ive been going to this Japanese restaurant regularly since last month. I love their chicken katsu and sashimi don! Their meal are quite a decent portion and its surprisingly filling. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend them if youre around the area and craving for Japanese food
We wanted a mixed meat sushi which was not available ready made. The lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. She stood in front of us counting money while we were deciding. She did not offer fresh sushi, we had to ask if they had stopped making sushi for the day. We ended up ordering freshly made sushi which came out dry and the chicken was shredded and flavourless. Would not come back here again. Terrible service and food.
Updates: from my last experience here I don’t think I’m gonna come back again. Food is average but the lady who served us was just rude! I’d rather go somewhere further or pay more than looking at her and her attitude!I read quite a few of extreme reviews about this place; people who like it rated 5.0, people who dislike it rated 1.0 anyway being recommended by one of my close friend I think it is still worth giving a chance to try out so I came here with my partner for dinner.I had to agreed with most of the reviews that their service is not up to standard and has got a lot more to improve. Staff who took our order didn’t look at us while talking or taking our order and I didn’t see her smile from the beginning until we left. She did thanked us but imagined it was spoken out with a monotone and poker faced, isn’t it awkward?Food wise I am happy with the overall taste and portion. My partner had Chicken Katsu that served with miso soup, steamed rice, salad and fruit. It was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. A minor drawback is that the rice is just too little, the salad is even more than the rice. I had my favorite Unagi Gozen which I was surprised with all the sides that comes together. On the menu, it says it comes with Unagi teriyaki (of course), sushi, karage, tempura, appetizer and salad. When they were brought up they looked like a big feast. All the sides were good but the main Unagi disappointed me a little bit for its sauce. It doesn’t taste right for me but was just at the edge of my acceptable range. The way they served the Unagi with bean sprouts was something different.The ambient is nice and comfortable. There are lots of parking just right outside the restaurant. We might come back again when we want a easy convenient Japanese meal.
One of worst restaurant for rude staff and salty food also sushi is not rolled well. Chicken kaarage was soggy but sashimi was not bad. I ordered sashimi donburi and udon. Udon was way too salty we asked for hot water it took more than 15mins to get and staff looks angry and well trained even cashier was rude.
