Food is pretty good and well presented! The only thing was that we had to wait quite a while for the food to come out and it wasnt even that busy … Also I saw some hair that was stuck/baked in on the sweets next to the cashier… would give a higher rating if I didnt see hair in food sorry
I love this place! Food was really nice with everything especially inextricable flat white coffee! there is no any more words, this is my best cafe around at WIRI.
This was my first experience of this cafe. We rang and booked because we have heard this place can be busy. My first impressions werent bad, the staff were friendly and attentive, however I did find it weird that both their chilled food cabinets were completely empty. Everything was fine until it came time to order, we asked about a kids menu for our 4 year old and there wasnt one (thats fine not all places have kids menus) I noticed on the main menu an option for 2 poached eggs on 2 pieces of toast. I asked if my daughter could please have 1 egg and 1 piece of toast as there were no child sized meals. The waitress took our order and returned 2 minutes later to say that whoever was in charge said it wasnt possible to do a half portion of a meal for a child. I replied all I want is just one egg on a piece of toast as she wont eat a full meal and I was told again this was not possible my only choice was to order her a full size adults meal. I think that is ridiculous. Perhaps a sign to inform people you dont cater to children as a warning is a good idea. I know for a fact you could easily have just halved the portion size for my daughter, cooked 1 egg instead of 2, put one piece of toast in the toaster instead of 2, you chose not too. I was actually fuming at the stupidity of this that I had no option of food for my kid. I ended up halving my meal with her. The food was mediocre for the price (120 bucks for 4 adults for breakfast!) the coffee was super average too. My husband ordered pork belly (it was super dry) That was supposed to come with some sort of fancy salsa (it was just tinned Apple nothing more) hes pretty easily pleased so it cant have been good if he was not impressed with his food. We wont be back, and I warn anyone with kids under the age of 12 to not go here unless your rich and can afford to buy a $25 meal that they will inevitably waste.
Absolutely love this placeIf your after a healthy flavoursome meal or just a decent coffee The Artisan has you covered every time.To top it all off the staff will have you leaving with a smile.
I dont think this place understands the uttermost basic workings of a cafe. We ordered a long black, and the lady told us it was only single shot so if we wanted a double shot we had to pay extra. Long blacks are literally an espresso (double shot) with hot water. We were in a hurry, hence why we got takeaway coffees, yet the barista preceded to make ALL the have here coffees first. Every barista in a busy cafe knows that the takeaway coffees should always be done first as they evidently do not have the time to stick around. Not to mention and the end of it all, the barista hadnt made my flat white with almond milk as ordered, which is a serious allergy hazard as I, and many others have dairy allergies. Extremely poor, unorganised service here, would not recommend.
Food was nice. Decor was nice seating was easy around 12 on a Wednesday. Downside, they tried to take our number off the table and clear us before wed had food and also tried to clear our plates whilst we were still eating. Nice looking food coming out of the kitchen and ok pricing and serving size.
I did enjoy the style of the place and the coffee. Unfortunately customer service is a bit flat. I wont be coming back. No hi no hello, just pay, sit and wait for your order.
