Got the chocolate gelato – tastes like the gelato I used to eat at Wendys as a child!! I like how this flavour isnt too rich and not overly sweet. Definitely will be back to try other flavours also, the location is right by the waterfront so its perfect for a dessert date or after dinner
Damn Gelatimo is the place to go. Been here so many times with friends and family and I’ve never been disappointed. The place itself is in the perfect place right in Wynyard Quarter on the water so it’s perfect in summer. The ice-cream and gelato are always on point and always different flavours. You need to go here for an ice-cream or gelato it get’s super busy but it’s well worth it. x
A wide variety of desserts (especially gelato) that can be enjoyed with some family and friends while overlooking the harbour. The cheesecake was tasty and so was the gelato. The prices were also fair considering the ambience and the quality of the food.I wish we were given water and napkins when we were given our order instead of needing to ask for them. Otherwise, everything was good.
They got a good variety of flavors on their ice cream display, including dairy free and low fat options.I generally go for the menta(mint) one, however last night it was sold out so I had to try something new. Asked for the green apple one. It was a good alternative, not so sweet and still tasteful with a tangy note. Quite affordable as well, paid 5.70 for a decent size single scoop on a cone.
We were craving ice cream and this place was the closest to Silo park so we came here. Quite a few outdoor tables and there were also a few inside. The menu on the blackboard behind the counter had drinks as well as other desserts. The counter itself had desserts like cake slices on one side and gelato on the other. The gelato flavours they had were quite interesting. I tried the mango and dulce de leche ones. The gelatos were smooth and creamy and have a nice flavour.
Holiday = ice cream, pineapple mixed with dark chocolate flavor, nice one even in rainy day.. nice ice cream place next in prince wharf next to viaduct, where u can see the great view – Denny Setiawan hopefully not adding another pimple to u
Food: 5/5Service: 5/5Overall: 5/5Walked for 20 mins from queen street to Wynyard quarter for this icecream but it was definitely worthy. Staff were super nice and let me try some flavours. I tried bubble gum and hazelnut (their flavours were amazing and literally just bubble gum and hazelnut in gelato form!) but i wanted something refreshing so I chose raspberry. The raspberry won gold medal in some year (cant remember which year sorry).Thought it was sorbet but it was a really creamy gelato! Raspberry flavour wasnt too sweet and was with slightly sour flavour so its really refreshing for me. Icecream portion was big but it was only $5.5 in a cupWhen the weather is nice, it will be great to have ice cream at the waterfront.
