Market Galley at the Auckland fish market is one of the many shops available to choose from. They serve delicious seafood dishes made to order with choices from salads, fish, oysters among others. The aroma coming from this store smelt so good so we had to try!We ordered the coconut prawns (delicious!), pan fried fish and corn on the cob which was drizzled in sauces and cooked perfectly. I love the atmosphere, especially with the sun shining and music playing.4/5

Definitely top marks for customer service there. Love that there are so many options to choose, from battered fish and chips or grilled fish with a side salad to many other seafood options. Everything we had was really fresh. We tried all three salads on offer, a bit too much fruit in two of them for me though so wouldnt have again. The $12 fish and chips combo definitely seemed the best deal in the market.
