The bar staff was nice! Even serving flat beer! The food was below average and took too long! Nothing special! Disaster night! Bad beer and bad meal!
We make regular visits to Imbibe, the meals/drinks are always amazing and the staff are very friendly. We had a function there on Saturday night, which started off as a dinner for 25 people. Everything was perfect, there was no mix ups and everyone was extremely impressed, I couldn’t have asked for anything better!
Go here quite often and am always met my friendly staff. One guy in particular on the bar who goes out of his way to make your visit a good one. Very good, professional bar man and excellent at making cocktails! Have dined here a couple of time for lunch and just snacks along with our drinks and have not been disappointed, the only bad thing I have to say is what is up with the chicken salt on the fries!? It’s not very pleasing and had caught me out a couple of times and haven’t been able to eat them. But apart from that, will keep going back!
Worst dining experience ever. We Ordered Caesar salad and 4 stone grills and chips at our table. Waited over an hour. Caesar salad, the chicken was cold and bacon and egg undercooked also no croutons. Chips hardly warm and soggy. Wait staff were not great except one man at bar who gave the Caesar salad complementary. Overall would would not recommend and will not be going back.
I had the pleasure of dining at Imbibe on a Friday afternoon for lunch and loved the experience. The waitress was really helpful and the food was delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich and my Mum ordered the chicken burger. The only critique I have is that it would have been great to have someone come over and ask if we would like additional drinks. When Mum went up to the bar though, they said they would bring them to the table. I will definitely be back.Update: I have been back a further two times since my first experience and every time there service has been outstanding. My fiance and I went for dinner on a very busy Saturday night and were told there would be a 20 minute delay. This was fine with us and the scallops and prawns were absolutely delicious as were the brandy snaps I had for dessert. Dined again with my 8 month old son and my Mum for lunch and they gave us an awesome corner booth out of the way which was very much appreciated. There service and food are outstanding. Thoroughly recommend.
Everything was perfect, apart from not answering your phones, as we couldn’t get through to make a reservation for the restaurant, and had to accept a seat at the bar to dine, but apart from that, well done.
