Doesn’t charge for soy but charges .90c for syrup? May as well just charge for soy.Ordered a soy caramel latte, was very weak coffee wise but my biggest concern is that I ordered soy because I have a very bad lactose intolerance, to then receive not syrup but caramel sauce made from dairy. Poor form and something that needs to be pointed out or signposted, or at the very least the server should be aware enough of the food products they are selling that when someone orders a non dairy option it should be mentioned.

I am very disappointed and appalled at the customer service from the staff working at the Bayfair Mall Muffin Break – they would rather hide around the back having a chat instead of serve customers waiting at the counter. When we did get served they were rude and pushy, the girl who gave us the drinks just thumped it onto the table and walked off. I had to call her back to ask her for a second straw (located under the counter, so I couldn’t grab one myself) and she just looked at me, came over and threw another one onto the table. I ordered an iced coffee (plain, no cream) and my sister ordered an iced coffee with a shot of hazelnut and cream on top. Both tasted like there was barely any coffee in it – maybe the milk and ice diluted it out, but we couldn’t taste any hazelnut in my sisters one. It was disappointing for about $6/drink. nynb.blogspot.com
