Our family were extremely pleased with this restaurants food and its professionalism towards us. The quality of the food I thought was exceptional and well displayed. The cooks had smiles to every customers served and the whole staff were delightful. Last year when we were here in rotorua we went to valentines and we were disappointed with the quality of the food as we had a late booking at 8pm, so there were no more top ups and the food was dry and un-inviting. The staff wasn’t pleasant either. At Ghengys tonight our booking was for 8pm and the food was of high quality and the service also! They even asked everyone that was there till late if they would like more food..I guess so they can start clearing. Such respect for their customers. We will definitely come back to Ghengys next time we’re down from Auckland. Until next time Ghengys, we will be back for some more of that great food and services.

My family & I have eaten here many times and absolutely love the food! The first time we were a bit sceptic of the small bowls but we soon learnt that you get a LOT out of it! So delicious and the pancakes are to die for! Highly recommend 🙂
Had a fabulous time here! dont get put off on the bad reviews on here- its a great place to eat- we went on a monday and it was full so that must say alot. went away so full. a great experience, very cool place! will be back next time we are in Rotorua.
