Patrick is the owner of "Patrick's Boutique Bakery" situated on Lake Road, Rotorua. He has a passion for food and creating a product that simply "tastes good". With over 40 years experience in the hospitality industry at prestigious locations both locally and internationally it felt right to stay home and put his name over the door at his own place. Everything is made on the premises from quality ingredients. We have the staple range, gourmet filled rolls, pies, pastries, croissants and danish and a selection of cakes and tartlets but when Patrick is on a roll you never know what else he will create on the day!!
