I haven’t been to many cafes in Tauranga but out of all the ones we’ve been to this one is hands down our favorite! Some places give you good vibes right after entering and this is one such place! And if you’re a cabinet food fanatic like me, you’re gaze will be fixated at their mouth watering offerings.Mocha was awesome, perfect balance of coffee and chocolate! Interiors are well lit, nicely decorated and very welcoming. They have indoor plants which is a highlight for me! Seating is comfortable, they have huge sofas too.Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. We love staff who talk to us and smile, you don’t want a grumpy face serving you your first morning coffee. LOVED it! Can’t wait to be back 🙂

Popped in here in the need of coffee one day, not expecting much from a chain cafe restaurant. As soon we walked in we were greeted with an amazing array of fresh and tasty looking treats. We couldn’t go past the custard slice. When asked if it was homemade we were told all the food was made on the premises. We had a couple of long blacks with that gorgeous slice and were extremely happy. Friendly service, clean shop. Staff looked happy to be there. Will be going back!
Have been here multiple times, and the service is great but the food and coffee is inconsistent. The first time I went the food was great, but the last few times the coffee has been weak and the food wasn’t great. My hash brown stack had been drowned in a pesto-type sauce, I couldn’t taste anything else on the plate. The food in the cabinet is good too, but when they add a side salad they drown it in dressing. The manager and staff are always friendly, but the kitchen lets this place down.
Robert Harris in the CBD is understated, yet just close enough to or offices that we can pop by for an early morning pick-me-up. Each time, the owner/manager greets us with a welcoming smile, even though we often pop in so early that the machine is still warming up!Lovely coffee and good service! clarissavem.com
Came here with my mother and friend for a morning tea. The staff seemed to act okay around customers but were rude to another staff member. This is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I felt sorry for this particular girl who was actually nice.Coffee was okay but not the best I’ve had.
