Only been here once, but the food is so delicious and authentic! I ordered a Salmon salad, and the dressing was just delicious! Very traditional and tangy. The service is great and nice atmosphere. They also do takeaway/choose-your-own sushi during the day, which is handy too. Will definitely come again.
Shima is our all-time favourite restaurant to eat at in the Bay of Plenty. There has never been a time when we have been dissatisfied with the food, or the staff for that matter. The ambience is so spot on. The food is TRULY delicious and there is a great selection, even for fussy eaters. We just adore Shima!
