Ambience – the place is very colorful and pretty!. Very clean and neat.Service – the girl server was very nice and thoughful. We didnt have reservations but she arranged our sitting for us despite having all the tables occupied.Food – I have been to thai restaurants but the food here were too sweet, average. However, I still loved their massaman curry. Food took a very long time to arrive. Thus 3.0 Cost- its a tad bit expensive than thai restaurants i have been. However, the serving size doesnt disappoint.
FANTASTIC option for Lunches !!!$12 – $18Good selection of choice from your usual expectations of curries, rice dishes, pad thai, soups to more western dishes such as pork belly and chicken skewers.My mother (who does not like anything spicy or stinky) is quite happy to eat here.Service is always very good, the place is always presented as tidy and clean.Becoming a regular spot.
Recently went there with friends for a birthday treat. our table of 8 was well looked after and the food was great.I had a duck red curry which had lovely flavours & was alround delicious. It was not quite as hot as I like so a request for some more chilli to add saw a small bowl of the real stuff, not flakes, delivered and I was happy. My other guests all loved the food & the restaurant was nice and warm, even though it was freezing outside.Being BYO keeps the costs down when dining in a large group too.I’ll certainly be back again.
Had the chicken and cashew twice. Was amazing great flavour and perfect level of hotness. Beautifully decorated and friendly staff. Great value for money. Was ready when they said it would be. Very happy 🙂
Really great food. And good value, We went there for lunch a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. We had Pad Thai and Ginger Stir Fry. Simply great. The waiter was a bit slow at offering drinks though. We would have had another round. But we will definitely go there again.
We have been going to Thai Thani in Papamoa for years and last night was our third visit to Thai Thani 2 in Wharf Street. The food is ALWAYS awesome. The only negative is that you were really busy last night and you were understaffed. Otherwise, our meal was as brilliant as always.
