Cargo Bar’s mason jar cocktails are the best. There’s such a good selection and paying $13 for a large sized drink is pretty affordable. My favourite is the Bobby Dazzler; vodka, passion fruit, mango and lime. My sister and I have also shared delicious tapas as a light dinner. girlinbetween.com
Always good food, good service and a friendly atmosphere. It can be a bit loud sometimes, owing to it’s definitely a bar first, restaurant second, which suits me for an after work drink with some food. Reasonable selecting on beers including some nice imports, good selection of wines and of course the epic jam jar cocktails if your hanging around into the night. It’s quite a good night spot for the night-time and early hours too! Definitely worth checking out, I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Nice people, but overall the service was poor. Our table waited an hour and half from the time we were seated until the time we ate, which well and truly ruined the mood. Confusing, as aside from our group most of the other tables were bare. The pizza I had was very tasty with a lot of thought put in, however most of my friends agreed it was not worth the massive wait. I had to duck out as soon as I’d eaten because it was so late at night!
