We love yum cha and Visited 2 times. Both times same experience. When we visited the first time in January we gave them the benefit of doubt and thought it might be sort staff or one of those days for people who are working there. but second time as well same experience. The waiting time 45 to 60 mins. At the time of billing, we charged xx amount but when I requested invoice they refund 4 to 8 dollars and both time same excuse, sorry charged wrong dishes by mistake and here are your extra charge monies. I am wondering both times the realise they made mistake only when I asked for Invoice. Highly unethical behaviours. Once you ordered, you can not cancel even they took extra long long time to deliver, you have to pay. we were waiting for a couple of canes of coke for approx 30 mins. Bottom line, if you don’t understand, Read/write the Chinese language do not visit this restaurant, once you ordered, chances are will be overcharged and treated as an unwanted guest. I will say other yum cha places and Chinese restaurants are far better than this place.

This place makes good food, but portion sizes are smaller than a few other Chinese Restaurants that we frequent. Also prices are a little higher. But They still do good food and I can recommend. Friendly staff and good service.
We went here for a late dinner on Monday night. We went for their set menu ( $27 pp ) and also had their steamed blue cod fish for $50. All the foods were great. We enjoyed the fish, their soup and fried rice were really good too. Service was efficient and staffs were welcoming. Will def come back. 🙂
Nice food. A bit expensive considering the quantity of food provided. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the staff were friendly as well. There was a delay in getting my order but the staff apologized for it.
Horrible experience, was seated at a table and then moved without asking if we were ok with it. Worst part was my child was shoved from the table. Food was ok, but when you touch other people’s kids without their permission and give crappy service, this is the rating you get
