Mother’s Day lunch. 2 of 6 meals arrived 40 mins before the rest. Spaghetti Bolognese had NO sauce or cheese and was hard and old. Hot dog was a cheap battered sausage, chicken strips were badly over cooked schnitzel. Hoki was a fish finger. Medium rare steak was bleeding and inedible. Lamb shanks hard to eat due to all knives at the table being blunt as the lamb needed cutting off the bone. Seafood chowder had a skin on top and had obviously been microwaved. All meals over priced and pumped up on the plate with fries, garden salads were worse than McDonalds. Free water wasn’t filtered and tasted like chlorine. Kids play room has broken toys and Xbox controller faulty. Waitress had bad attitude and did not want to be there and we were polite throughout however the waitress that cleared our table was sympathetic and offered a free coffee for this abortion of a meal, we declined. Air conditioning was poor as the whole restaurant was filled with a haze of cooking smoke. Chalkboards said free Champaign and chocolate rose for the mums, we had two mums in our group, never got offered or saw anyone with them. Overall a pretty poor experience. Will never recommend or go back. Failed at the basics. Very disappointing.
