A group of us women come to Hanmer Springs several times a years. Friday night is always Captain Mike’s night and as usual consistently above average fish n chips. We wouldn’t have Friday nights in Hanmer any other way
we always enjoy the fresh fish n chips here,though there’s often a queue due to the popularity,you get a great feed after a hard day’s soak in the thermal pools !!!

They are not jokin when they say ‘GIANT’ burger. Huge and very tasty meals! Chips were very well cooked and service was spot on!
$10 blue cod & chips. Big portions nice batter nice chips. Friendly lady on counter. Just the ticket after a long drive and a hot pool soak.
