Ordered eggs Benedict with cold smoked salmon with a mate. First of all the salmon was not served as you typically would with an eggs Benedict. It was served as chunks of par-cooked salmon with smoky flavor, tasted like it was from a can. Eggs were overcooked, english muffins were hard as cardboard. Didn’t have the energy to complain due returning from a long road trip but overall a really bad experience, definitely won’t be returning.
