I decided to grab a coffee and a bite to eat one night whilst studying at uni, as I was without a car my choices where limited. I decided to try out the place around the corner ‘wholly Bagles & Pizzas. The pizza I received was uninspired and burnt, their was no sour cream for my wedges instead only a bitter and sour aioli(which cost 50 cents), and the coffee (which they forgot to make) was worse than the instant coffee available at my first job. In future I will starve instead of go here.
To be honest, the bagels here are really average. Literally could buy the same at a supermarket or bakery. Not worth it especially for the price. Never buying from here again.
I’m not the biggest fan of the super-chewy bagel texture, but that aside Wholly make some really tasty holy round things. Prices for the gourmet menu is a bit expensive I find, but they have a good range of items at lower price points that manage to not sacrifice too much.Have only tried their pizza once, wasn’t particularly impressed – concept was sound but let down by execution – but will give them another go sometime.
