Coffee Culture is finally part of the historic town of Kaiapoi and where better to be than in Kaiapoi's very own iconic Blackwell's department store. Chris & Mark Sutherland are thrilled to be bringing the South Island's favourite espresso coffee to town and their beautiful store is the perfect spot to catch up with friends, pop in for a pick-me-up or have a leisurely lounge over a latte in the sun (weather permitting of course). This cafe has gone down hill. No longer good service, no longer good food or tea! Cheap egg timers and boards do not mean a good cuppa! No chutney or side salad with cabinet food anymore. No longer a fan.
Good coffee and a good selection of cabnet or bagel menue. Do not do other cooked food. Also have nice fresh smoothies. This place is also open late!! Till 10pm most days.
One of our less favourite stops while on holiday. Disappointing food that looked great but tasted stale. Shame
