Weird. We were expected to share 3 medium bowls of rice between over 10 people. In the first five minutes when we inevitably ran out and asked for more, we were given an extra small bowl and told it would be $3. The staff then proceeded to stand in the corner of the room and stare at us while arguing with each other in a foreign language. If we had known there was such a shortage of this precious and rare ingredient known as RICE, we would have bought our own! Also the satay was watery.
super love this place!! it’s a favourite when I’ve got a crowd, or even just a couple of us. The food is always wonderfully tasty and the service is great. BYO is fantastic when you have a crew that you want to hit town with after.
