Tempura was delicious, I got the miso ramen and honestly was really disappointed. The broth was bland and didn’t taste like miso and the noodles had no flavour. There was what I think is bamboo shoots in the broth that was horrible and the pork was very fatty, hardly any actual meat at all. Also got a steak and cheese curry – the steak was a bit chewy but the curry had good flavour. Would go again just to experiment with the menu but definitely wouldn’t get the ramen again.

Really tasty crispy chicken sushi! Also enjoy the salmon sushi too, everything there looks super good but I do find the menu on the wall quite hard to read and feel a bit rushed so always just grab the sushi! Customer service is always great and friendly.

Delightful fresh fast and clean. Buzzing. Had the salmon bento pork belly edamame but the chicken was standout. Really enjoyed by all. Filing and tasty and the fried foods not heavy. A question ark on the kalinga ‘tempura’ – bit heavy.

Fast service, the food was good but the presentation of their udon could be done better. The rest of the other food was pleasant. Their ramen was also really good and well presented. The place altogether was really good and clean.

We were thinking of going to Wendy’s but we saw Hachi Hachi is just next door so decided to go for a try. Their eftpos was out of order, which didn’t worry me much. However, I waited for half an hour for my miso ramen and it arrived after my husband had finished his tonkotsu ramen. The soup base of the two different ramen that we ordered taste almost the same, one of them was even not hot (only barely warm). It cost $13.90 for one ramen but the portion is only about half of the normal portion that you would get from other ramen place. The positive thing about my dining experience there was that the wait person was cheerful and polite. The overall experience was disappointing and I don’t think I will go back again.

Lovely japaness restaurant, fast delivery in food and customer service was friendly which makes for a good dine in experience. They have a selection of pre packed sushi and made to order hot meals.

Tonkotsu ramen didn’t come in a proper tonkotsu (pork bone) broth. It was just very salty and almost certainly from some kind of dried stock base.Tori Tama udon broth was very sweet. I don’t mean a little sweet, I mean it tasted like lolly water. It was totally inedible. I had to dip my udon in the salty ‘tonkotsu’ broth to make it edible. The chicken in the soup still had all the fat left on it (not just some, all).Pork gyoza and dipping sauce were standard and good. Just what I expected. If you know your Japanese soup don’t go here, you’ll be disappointed.
